Author Guidelines

GlobeIS Journal publishes peer-reviewed, open-access manuscripts that demonstrate originality, clarity, and academic rigor in the fields of information systems, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, smart technologies, digital transformation, and global governance.

Manuscript Formatting

  • Title: Maximum 20 words, bold, 14 pt, centered.
  • Author Names: Full names in 10 pt font, centered.
  • Affiliations & Emails: Listed below author names, 9 pt font.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words, placed before the main text.
  • Keywords: 4–6 terms in alphabetical order.
  • Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 10 pt, double-spaced.
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • Page Numbers: Right at bottom of each page.

Tables & Figures

  • Table titles placed above the table.
  • Figure titles placed below the image.
  • All must be numbered and cited in the text.

  • Funding Acknowledgment
  • Author Contributions
  • Data Availability Statement
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Submission File

  • Must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) using the official template.
  • Download the [GlobeIS Journal Submission Template].

Referencing Style

  • References must follow APA 7th edition (author–date format).
  • Reference list must:
    • Be alphabetically ordered
    • Use hanging indent (0.2")
    • Contain only cited works

All submissions are subject to peer review and editorial decision.
GlobeIS Journal follows a biannual publication schedule, releasing two issues per year.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • The submission follows the Author Guidelines.
  • The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • References are accurate and complete.
  • All tables and figures are properly labeled and cited.
  • Permissions have been obtained for any third-party material.
  • The file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  • The manuscript includes title, abstract, and keywords.
  • The text complies with APA 7th edition.
  • The manuscript is anonymized for double-blind peer review.
  • All co-authors have approved the final version.
  • The manuscript complies with the journal’s plagiarism and AI-assisted content policy..

This section accepts original research papers, technical reports, and review articles that contribute to the field of global information systems and related domains.
