Article Processing Charges (APC)

The International Journal of Global Information Systems (GlobeIS Journal) is an open-access journal committed to supporting the widest possible dissemination of scholarly work.

Current Publication Fee Policy At present, GlobeIS Journal does not charge authors any fees for:

• Manuscript submission

• Peer review and editorial processing

• Article processing and typesetting

• Immediate open-access publication

All accepted articles for the 2025 and 2026 volumes are published entirely free of charge to encourage the submission of high-impact research.

Future APC Policy and Waivers Once GlobeIS achieves international indexing (such as Scopus or Web of Science), a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) will be introduced to cover operational costs including DOI registration and digital archiving.

• Waivers: GlobeIS remains committed to inclusivity. We will offer full or partial fee waivers for authors from low-income countries or those without institutional funding.
